Mechanical Engineer II & III
In this position, you will:
· The design and ordering of components, assemblies, and systems.
· Be responsible for assembling prototype vehicles and verifying
performance.
· Provide documentation in the form of drawings / CAD models, Bills of
Material, Engineering Change Notices, and Test Reports.
These positions require the following skills that can be supported with

Mechanical Engineer IV
In this position, you will:
· Provide basic input to the concept phase of lift truck vehicle design
projects.
· Design, develop and test components, assemblies and systems as required
for lift truck vehicles.
· Provide product design specification documentation through the creation of
detailed drawings, engineering lists, ECN's or test reports.
· Be responsible for component design and evaluation. As well as, order
prototype parts, assemble prototype vehicles and verify the performance of
prototype vehicle through appropriate test activities.
· Build a product which meets the companies product line strategy
requirements and satisfies the customer's needs for vehicle performance,
durability and reliability.
· Provide design specifications documentation as required to manufacture the
product such as: detailed drawings, engineering list structure, Bill of
Materials (BOM'S), Engineering Change Notices (ECN's) and test reports that
are complete and free of errors.
· Develop product around the most efficient and cost effective manufacturing
processes and provide on-site engineering support during critical
manufacturing activities.
· Provide adequate supervision to insure that project activities are
completed in an accurate timely manner and provide training for other
project team members.
· Provide technical direction to drafters, designers, mechanics and test
technicians.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of industry
experience.

Mechanical Test Engineer
In this position, you will:
· Organize test schedule and define manpower and equipment requirements.
· Coordinate the assembly of prototype test trucks, and supervise
performance testing in the design and development of vehicle and automotive
technology.
· Review acquired data (Data acquisition) and create solutions when
non-compliance exists.
· Provide written and verbal reports of project plans, test requirements,
test results, etc.
Qualifications:
· Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
discipline, and a minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
· Must have strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems knowledge
with solid instrumentation skills.
· Complete understanding in the set-up of data acquisition and retrieval
systems for vehicle and automotive design and development.
· Proven decision making skills exhibiting good judgment and realistic
understanding of issues, be able to make decisions and take action to test
complex mechanical systems.
· Systematic problem solving approach and be able to apply systems thinking
to the process of product testing and development.
· Function well in a team environment and work well with employees in other
departments, support decisions and display team spirit.
· Open minded and flexible enough to work effectively in an environment
where project priorities may shift in response to customer needs.
· Excellent resource management skills and good computer literacy using

Project Engineer
In this position, you will typically be involved with:
· Develop detailed engineering concepts which satisfy overall project
objectives.
· Design and develop lift truck vehicle systems and components as required
to convert the project concepts into reality. Develop the product around
the most efficient and cost effective manufacturing and sourcing processes.
· Order prototype parts, assemble prototype vehicles, and verify the
performance of the prototype vehicle through appropriate test activities.
· Provide product design documentation as required to source, manufacture,
and market the product. Typical documentation would include detail
drawings, BOM's, ECN's, test reports, and marketing support information.
· Provide on-site Engineering support during critical plant activities such
as Pilot and 1st Production.
· Provide supervision and project management to insure that the project
meets its time, cost, and quality objectives.
· Provide training for other project team members.
Qualifications:
· BS in Mechanical Engineering
· 7+ years of industry experience
· Strong general knowledge of mobile equipment, and in-depth knowledge in
one or more specific mobile equipment systems.
· Experience in the creation of functional performance specifications for
vehicle systems, and the decomposition of overall system requirements to the
subsystem and component level.
· Proven in-depth engineering skills in the areas of:
· Basic design and analysis
· 3-D solids CADD (ProE preferred)
· Mobile equipment systems and technology
· Manufacturing technologies
· Test practices and procedures
· Strong engineering knowledge in the areas of:
· FEA
· Ergonomics
· Noise and vibration
· Industry regulations
· Proven project management and supervision skills necessary to coordinate
team activities in a matrix organization. Required skills would include:
· Project scheduling and cost control
· Technical guidance and supervision

· Proven decision-making skills which exhibit good judgment and an

Mechanical Engineer
In this Engineering role, you will be responsible for developing design
solutions and product improvements to current products in order to achieve
improved customer satisfaction and/or reduced cost. You will interact
frequently with engineers in other company locations and help manage our
overall "Value Improvement Program". Your qualifications should include a
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and an experience
history that includes industrial equipment or automotive technologies
(mechanism, hydraulics, engine systems, and power train components). Your
work environment will be dynamic and fast paced. You should have good
written and verbal communications skills, supervisory experience, and be
well versed in Pro/Engineer.
