Looking for Project Manager in San Antonio , TX .

Project Description:
Project to enable the client to bill customers in multiple currencies such as British pound and Australia dollars. Right now, they can only invoice in US dollars
The Department:
Big blended cross functional team of on/offshore members interacting across multiple departments. 1st shift, required approval for extra hours during critical deliverables
Responsibilities/Task that the resource will be responsible for:
Standard PM Tasks: Deliverables, Scope of work, work with cross functional teams, Agile environment, interact with Scrum masters. 100% Project Manage work.
MUST HAVE skills/technology (proficient to expert):
1. PMP Certified
2. Able to Manage Multiple Projects at one time
3. Agile Experience
4. Strong Risk Management Experience
5. Strong Experience creating and maintain project plans
6. Strong Change Management Experience
MUST HAVE soft skills:
1. Good Communication
2. Able to interact with different personality styles
3. Adaptable to changes in a very dynamic environment-able to switch gears quickly
4. Able to adapt to the client's environment and culture
Preferred but NOT mandatory skills:
1. Oracle BRM or other Billing Experience
2. Ticketing Experience
The Interview Process will likely be in 3 stages:
* Vidyo or Skype with HM- 30mins
* Vidyo or Skype with Team- 30mins/1hr
* Conference Call/Onsite with Departments they will be working with- 30mins/1hr
