Quality Engineer
Role and Responsibilities:
Design, author, and execute test plans for complicated user flows and business logic for our iOS, Android and web products. Test cases need to be broken down into clear steps that are easy for less experienced testers to execute Assist engineering with API testing, application debugging and performance profiling as necessary Perform regression testing and performance audits on active projects Create custom scripts from scratch, test data-driven applications, and automate testing Triage and prioritize issues from clients or other testers Coordinate multiple testers and collaborate with client QA teams Explore opportunities to improve product quality and efficiently increase test coverage through technology and innovation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Superb communication skills Passion for creating awesome products and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment A solid background of design and development of custom testing strategies Able to collaborate with Product Managers, software developers and designersFamiliar with testing APIs and understands frameworks. Experience with Postman or Runscope is a plus iOS and Mac development experience a strong plus
