Free DTP Software:  multiDesk

multiDesk by John F. Liu is a virtual desktop utility allowing the user to organize running applications into separate virtual screens, and then accessing applications by switch between the virtual desktops. It's like having multiple monitors and best of all it reduces the clutter on the desktop allowing faster access to the applications you use.

Here at the home office of ISO Communication Services we use four virtual desktops. #1 is the general word processing page, #2 is the graphics editing page, #3 is the spreadsheet or database page, and #4 is the HTML editing page. We find this method of dividing tasks on separate virtual pages allows us to focus on the task at hand.

Note: This is Freeware and a Zip tool is required to install the application.
