system integration, and networking firm, requires a SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION &
PROCESS ENGINEER for their North Vancouver office.
REQUIREMENTS
· Ten to fifteen years industrial engineering experience. Steam Plant and
Power Utility experience is a definite asset
· Proven team leader
· Proven "hands-on" approach to process control problem solving
· Capable of complete project implementation, from inception to
commissioning to management, including, but not limited to: 1. Determining
project budgets and personnel requirements, and 2. Directing a team of
Engineers and Technologists
· Capable of directing and developing Junior Engineers
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Willing to travel as needed to complete projects
· Proven experience with all or most of the following process control
equipment manufacturers is an asset: Bailey, Fisher Delta V, Allen Bradley,
GE Fanuc, HMI Systems, Field Instrumentation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for all aspects of a variety of projects, from
solving day to day operational and maintenance problems, to complete system
retrofits, green field design, system implementation (from field devices to
report generation), and all aspects of industrial control, data acquisition,
and report generation. You will also interface with sales and administrative
personnel to develop business opportunities.
