Do you want to take part in our team's success? We are in search of a Principal Engineer with
demonstrated high potential. The talented individual will perform complex engineering work requiring
originality and judgement in independent analysis. You will complete and apply results of load flow
analysis to PacifiCorp's bulk electric power system and its interactions with the interconnected
transmission grid in the Western United States from our Portland, Oregon facility.
The successful candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
* Ten years' transmission planning experience using power flow and stability computer simulation
programs. Western Interconnection experience required.
* Professional Engineering License.
* Experience working directly in T & D utility field operations, preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in engineering discipline and knowledge of engineering principles.
