Our client is a leading global company in the world in Oil & Gas industry,
chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical in Iran. Now, we are recruiting for
the following position:
POSITION: Project Procurement Management Expert; REPORTS TO: Procurement
Department Deputy; ROLE: The PMC Expert will be a direct Advisor of
Department's Deputy in order to improve Department's efficency and
effectivity towards Project's activities and challenges; LOCATION: Initially
the PMC Expert will be stationed inside the Department at Tehran, performing
activities both at Tehran and at Assaluyeh (site). Later the PMC Expert will
be stationed at site.; JOB LOCATION: Iran; NATIONALITIES: Open; CV: In
English; JOB ID: 4; RATE: Negotiable; JOB TYPE: Permanent
MAIN ACTIVITIES: - Assist Department in Organization and Performing of
Market Surveys;- Review and Suggest Improvements of Department's Structure,
Processes, Systems and Activities; - Support Department's Activities
Planning; - Participate in Department's Decision Making Meetings; - Work
with Department's Managers and Evaluate their Cababilities; - Suggest
Procedures Improvement and/or Implementation According to International
Standards / References; - Organize Know-how Transfer and Training Sessions
to Department's Team, regarding the experience in the Oil & Gas Field and
Department's discipline activities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS - Minimum 10 years experience in Project
Procurement Management, with a strong background in international
procurement; - Minimum 20 years experience, mostly developed in Oil & Gas
projects; - Minimum 5 years experience in GC (General Contractor); - Minimum
10 years in management and/or consultant positions; - Fluent in English:
spoken and written - Computer Literate: able to write reports, develop
presentations, set up spreadsheets and research in the internet.
