Uses of This Technique:

The Technique:
is very simple, atraumatic, bloodless, does not touch the pathologic area,
does not need bone grafting, may be used as n outpatient treatment, it
just requires 2 or 3 pins and rubber bands, once you engage the bone
fragment with the pins, you manipulate the fragments as you like.
Advantages:
one of the principles of this technique is that it maintains a steady,
continuos compression and stimulus up to the end of the healing process,
it is very economical, prevents many complications, it holds many
advantages over known compression devices, the author has been using this
technique with great success for over 35 years
