I did have an earlier (unknown) version of Postman working and at some point it stopped working. Since then I have uninstalled/reinstalled many times. During installation process the install screen displays very quickly then nothing.
Would you be able to share the App Startup Logs from view > Developer > View Logs(.zip folder), Network Logs from View > Developer > Show DevTools (Current View) and View > Developer > Show DevTools (Shared) and send them to he...@getpostman.com?

I am having the issue to open the postman desktop from Windows 10. I had followed the instruction -us/articles/360025359014-Troubleshooting-steps-for-Postman-desktop-issues to remove all postman local files from AppData\Local\Postman and AppData\Roaming\Postman. And reinstalled the Postman-win64-8.12.5-Setup.exe. However, I still not able to open the postman desktop. Any suggestion? Thanks.
I recently installed Postman on my Windows 7 laptop. Postman launched automatically once the initial installation finished, but I haven't been able to figure out how to re-launch the application since then.
I have Nodejs and npm installed on my computer but command line has been disabled by admin. I can not run any command through command line but can run through batch file. I want to run the postman collection through Newman but not able to install it without command line. I tried to install the Newman using batch file but it is giving error. So can anyone tell me how to run the collection through Newman without installing it?
I was wondering if its possible to run Postman without the app? For example, I run pgadmin4 in server mode locally and access it in my browser, similarly for vscode (there is an open source version of vscode called code-server, that lets you run vscode as a server). Can the same be done for postman?
Does anyone know if there is a way of installing newman without a connection to the internet, i.e. is there an msi, executable downloadable version that can be installed without any connection outside a private environment?

This is great, however, there is no way to send requests to machines located on a private network. Are there any plans to have this version of postman running in docker available through the browser? This would be great to offer a postman service internally within the private network of a company.

Postman login fails repeatedly. Have proper userid and login password. Also have MFA through Google Authenticator to login. Despite all these it keeps on saying enter access token id. Also postman despite creating new environment under tests to test JSON POST method it does not add JSON(application/json) to select. I think postman UI keeps on failing. Thinking to switch over to other available methods if it continues. Hope you would resolve to make user community continue using postman. Thanks
Has anyone deployed Postman using Jamf? The download from the Postman site is a Zip. Once unzipped and installed I build a PKG using Composer, but I'm not able to successfully deploy it using Jamf. I can install it directly using the PKG that is built by Composer, but not when pushed through Jamf.

Thanks, I was following this guide and installed the canary build, however it actually just launches without any issue without having to set the POSTMAN_DISABLE_GPU environment variable! So problem solved for me, thanks.
I tried installing from the Ubuntu software app and it seems to install but running postman from the command line does nothing and clicking launch from the software app page for Postman only opens a terminal window for a brief instance then it disappears and Postman does not launch, Postman also does not show when I hit the button to search for apps.
There is another way I've installed it which gets me further but still to no avail. I can follow the tutorial here -how-to-install-on-ubuntu-1604/ which is how I installed successfully in Ubuntu 17. When I install it this way in 18.04 and run postman from the command line it launches the app but it only shows the loading icon and never actually starts working. In the long run an installation to /opt/Postman is a much better option (/opt is a 'correct' place to store software), but that approach potentially produces more complications due to the required ownership permissions
I tested that when I run Postman and use the "Use lightweight client" without login, the client works well, in the terminal shows the same error but don't crash, so it's seems that the issue is related to the login
