FAIR ELECTIONS LAWS: How Public Financing of Campaigns Can Empower Small Donors and the Corrupting Influence of Money in Politics
Seeds of Peace is co-sponsoring this free program with the Peace and Justice committee of the UUCM, to be held at The Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair, 67 Church Street, Montclair.
Panelists from the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law, Every Voice and Every Voice Center (formerly Public Campaign) and Demos will discuss current and proposed Fair Elections laws and what you can do now. Q&A will follow.
We are very pleased to have assembled such an esteemed panel for this 3rd program in our UUs’ response to Restore Democracy, and hope you can attend.
A detailed flyer is attached (in 2 formats) for posting and sharing. Thank you.
