thanks for that information
i was wondering if this variation will continue among the different service providers
ie
- costs of calls
- money sending and receiving costs
- internet services costs
- coverage
- customer care
etc.
i would like to register with the best net work provider otherwise this card registration needs more thinking done just telling people to register. its just my opinion.

UCC will officially launch the SIM card registration exercise at a breakfast meeting scheduled for Monday, March 5, 2012 at the Sheraton Hotel, Rwenzori Ballroom. The meeting will start at 7.30am.
