Greetings from PCTE Group of Institutes!!
It is a proud moment for PCTE to share that Chef Anirban Gupta, Dean, PCTE Faculty of Hotel Management and Travel & Tourism, has launched “The Super Immunity Kitchen”, a book that will help fight coronavirus with more than 200 recipes.
The book encloses facts about immunity and how it works, readers will explore various dishes that will boost the immunity with age old secrets and hidden spice gems, vegies, fish, meat recipes.
