The college essay can oftentimes be a determining factor for admissions officers in deciding whether an applicant is admitted or rejected. In this webinar you will learn:
• How college essays are evaluated by admissions officers – and what they are looking for
• The best way to select a topic that will enable applicants to stand out from the pool
• Examples of truly exceptional application essays as well as common mistakes to avoid
• How to approach the COVID-19 essay question
Speaker: Sarah Pinson has more than seven years of admissions and advising experience at several institutions, including Emory University, College of Charleston and Vanderbilt.
