Registration Status update for changing to Online learning

大家好！我给各位通报一下因转网课调整注册的工作情况。
- 目前收到的所有注册课程调整请求已经全部处理完毕。
- 目前收到的注册取消请求也处理完毕。用支票支付的付款已经退还。财务部门将处理Paypal付款的退还。
- 因为转网课导致的学费下调所产生的多支付的余额已经通知到每位家长。 这个credit可以用于抵消以后学期的学费。 您可以保存该邮件作为您自己的记录。
感谢大家在我们发出通知的最短时间里按照通知迅速采取行动， 有效的帮助我们尽快地调整到网课的状态！

Dear all PCS members,
I am glad to share with you the status of the registration adjustments due to changing to online learning.
- All received requests for classes adjustments have been handled.
- All registration cancellation requests have been handled, payments made by check have been returned. Our financial department is working on returning the several payments made via PayPal.
- The credit amount confirmation from tuition reduction has been emailed to each member who overpaid. You can apply this credit to your tuition in the future semester. Please save this email for your own record.
I would like to express my appreciation to all of you for your great efforts in helping us turn around for this change in such a short time.
For those who prefer online learning due to Covid concerns, you can still register on our website with reduced tuition applied. https://www.pittsburgh-chinese-school.org/registration_docs
The school will start in two weeks. we will send notice on text book distribution soon. Please stay tuned.
