Looking for a roommate in August

Hi everyone, 

I will be joining the NCI through the iCURE program this September. I'm hoping to find a roommate for a 2-bedroom apartment in August. I have two cats that will be coming with me, as well as some (but not a ton of) furniture. I have a preference for an apartment that is less than $2,200, over 800sqft, and has an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Here are some options I was thinking of, but I am open to any suggestions!
