I have a furnished room in North Potomac with its own bathroom, it's semi-basement. Although the room is in a semi-basement but you can get sunlight in the afternoon, close to the NCI shady grove campus. See pic attached. If you can rent for one year, the room costs $600 per month including utilities. A shared kitchen is available. Free parking, free swimming pool and tennis court. There is a bus stop within 1 minute walk. 20-25 minutes drive to NIH Bethesda campus. 1.6 miles away from home, there is a NCI shuttle bus directly to the main campus.
