It’s a furnished, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment on 2nd floor. Shared living room, kitchen. Bathroom is shared with one female roommate. 

Ready to move in mid March.

Location: Mt pleasant, near Columbia heights metro and Adams Morgan, 5-10 min walks to bus stops and metro. 

Nearby: target, giant, lidl, Marshalls, DSW, lots of restaurants. Close to downtown DC. 

Rent: $1000/month, utility is shared with 2 beautiful and kind female roommates.
