Summer Short Term Lease!! Starting in May. 5 min drive from NIH

Hello!

I am looking for someone to move into my place for the summer starting in mid-May. The sublease end date is negotiable but likely at the end of Summer :) This townhouse is a 5-minute drive from the NIH and a 20-minute walk. The room is 900/mo with a private bathroom and two walk-in closets. The house is shared amongst 5 women, 4 of whom are NIH postbacs. Utilities are usually at most 80 dollars a month. It has been a wonderful experience to live here and I will miss this home after I leave my position,
