Rent is $750/month, including all utilities,  shared use of living room & kitchen, high speed internet, washer and dryer. The townhouse is within walking distance to Shady Grove metro station (Red line to NIH in 5 stops, NIH will issue metro ticket).  King Farm community provides free shuttle service to/from metro station (www.kingfarmcitizensassembly.org), outdoor swimming pool, and gym room. Village center across street has supermarket, hair stylists, restaurants, and grocery stores. Look for a female NIH postbac to share the townhouse with other two NIH female postbacs.
