A nice sunny bedroom in a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house Montgomery Village (Gaithersburg), available from February 26 (flexible).
The house is a lovely luxury townhouse close to a very lively mall, shops include CVS, ALDIS, LIDL, Big Lots within a walking distance. Multiple bus stops to Shady Grove metro station, house is located within 8min drive to 270. The rent includes utilities, and card access to all the Montgomery Village pools and recreation areas. Quiet neighborhood with lot of green areas and plenty of parking.
Current
occupants are myself and my daughter. I work for the extramural division at NIH,
my daughter stays with me less than half of the month. I work from home most of
the time, so the environment of the house is friendly and welcoming. I am
looking for a professional and friendly woman. respectful, clean, and friendly
person. Rent is currently $600 a month including utilities. If lease is month
to month, the rent will be $700. The
lease does NOT allow for any more pets, I have two cats.
The available room is spacious with lots of windows and natural light with a very spacious closet. The first floor has a spacious family room, huge bookshelf, TV, dining room, kitchen and sun/second familuy room. There is also a basement with laundry, with plenty of room for additional storage. In addition, there is a front yard with a porch and back yard. The bathroom will be shared half of the month with my daughter, she is a very nice teenager. We are bilingual, English and Spanish home!
