Two professional males, 30's, seeking third roommate for house share in Rockville/North Bethesda

Two 30-something professional males seeking additional roommate(s) to rent a townhouse (ideally). We are currently looking for housing, so if you already have a living arrangement we would be open to hearing about it; otherwise you can join our search. We are open to living with a female, if suitable housing/bathroom arrangements can be structured.
- Start date: November 1, 2023
- Total Budget: 3000 +- $500 (rent + utilities) split 3 ways (assuming one additional roommate)
- Roommates: at least one (male or female)
- Lease term: 1-12 months
- Location: North Bethesda or Rockville
- Pets: I have none, and don't care if you have any
- Smoking/drugs: One of us vapes nicotine in his private spaces, would highly prefer if that’s the most you do
- Cars: we have 3 total, would prefer a garage for car work/utility space, but not critical. Neighborhoods with permissive street parking might be preferable.
- Internet: fiber highly preferred (we don’t need TV)
Roommate 1 mostly works from home and commutes 0-1 days/week, so would need a place with one additional bedroom/den to use as an office.
Roommate 2 mixes home-based desk work and commuting to jobsites, working a variable schedule. Roommate 2’s needs can be met by a medium-largeish room with desk. Reasonable proximity to the Metro, 270, 370, or 355 are all meaningful considerations in our housing search. Depending on who we're able to network with, we will likely begin applying for leases in early October.
