Will booting time am not get windows set up screen in win Xp (2).Help me

Do you mean you can't see your icons, but you do make it past the
windows logo? If so, this means you are missing your "Windows
explorer". press and hold ctrl, alt and del simultaneously: click
"task manager" then click "file" tab: then run new task, and type
"explorer" in the box without the quotation marks and press enter. You
should then see your icons. This is with windows xp and windows 7
