Carmel told me that one of the questions at the ICDM network today was about whether agencies could be added to the list for the service coordination survey, for those PCPs who are still negotiating with some agencies and hoping they will agree to participate.
Our goal is to include rather than exclude agencies, so It would be better to have agencies listed and have them not complete the survey, than to not list them at all.
You can add their details to the spreadsheet entitled 'Late changes' through this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dL5LWT4GZXosrli4ERcIgK-EJn0TVx8Z5A1CEF9vRHM/edit?usp=sharing
Please enter the agency's name, even if you do not have all the details (e.g. whether they want to submit a single, or multiple, surveys) so we can see that there is information still to come.
However, the sooner we can get a full list, the easier it will be to progress the next parts of the survey process (like making the links for each agency available to you).
NB the initial spreadsheet is not available for editing because I was trying to sort the data after the due date for submission, and was concerned about version control.
