This updated resource may be of interest to your chronic disease and early intervention networks: pre-diabetes, gestational, type 1 and type 2 diabetes pathways. Please note that the resource will be uploaded to the ADMA Clearing House website (replacing the 2009 resource).

Dear Working Party members
Thank you again for your feedback, advice and support in the revision of the Loddon Mallee region Diabetes Pathways. Attached is the final version with all feedback incorporated.
As previously mentioned DHHS will disseminate the Pathways via usual channels and the Pathways will also be available on the Diabetes Victoria website and the ADMA website where they will replace the old Pathways that are currently on that site.
It would also be greatly appreciated if all working party members could disseminate the Pathways through your existing networks.
