2015 Service Coordination Survey

Hi all,
Has anyone uploaded the 2015 Service Coordination survey into Survey Monkey? Having a sub-contracted company may mean a faster report return…otherwise some of us will produce our own reports?
I’m contemplating doing this task soon but if someone else has done it then let’s share (like I am happy to).

Hi Viv,
I haven’t planned that far ahead yet J But I just spoke with Joyce because I wasn’t sure how to save the individual surveys and she advised me that you can save it by choosing the option “print to file” when you are printing the survey or if you have cute pdf installed you can choose it as a printer. I hope that makes sense.
