A quick email to let you know we are very close to sending you the links for the survey. These should come early next week.

For a few program areas, some of the data you have submitted has been very slightly adjusted to reflect the Department's definitions of the categories (e.g. which services are registered community health services, which are funded for ACAS, etc.,) so that it is more accurate and so that the resulting reports will be more useful to the Department's program areas.

I attach some guidance about files to audit, which has been requested by some PCPs.  This has been developed with input from the survey company.  It will be linked within the survey.
