Before venturing into tomorrow's PPT schedule, I just wanted to clarify/lay down some best practices:
1. Going forward, for any PPT we will allocate people to the PPTs on the basis of
a. Sections which are free
b. Person who has lowest attendance
2. Once you have been allotted a PPT, it will be your responsibility to coordinate for it. If you can not make it or want to swap with someone else, confirm with them personally and update the group over email or whatsapp.
3. In case of multiple PPTs, allocation will be done on the basis of first come first serve. Again, if you wish to swap confirm with the person and then update the group.
4. Switching PPT at the end minute will not rid you of the responsibility
I know these rules sound too stringent but I do believe they will save us a lot of chaos, fines and effort. An efficient allocation method will prove beneficial for all.

Venue - CR 107
Dress Code - Formal
Number of people - 2
People allocated - Monica & Jagan (on the basis of attendance)
