Advertisement for Two Posts of Assistant Professors in Commerce

(Under the Innovative Programme-Teaching & Research in Interdisciplinary and Emerging Areas, Of the
University Grants Commission)

1.  Applications are invited for the two posts of Assistant Professors in the subject of Commerce to teach M.Com Business Innovations (A two Years post graduate programme under the Innovative Programme-Teaching & Research inInterdisciplinary and Emerging Areas, of the University Grants Commission) for the contract period (Starting from the date of appointment and ending on 31st March 2016) and is covered under UGC Assistance for the Programme up to 31st March, 2016.
2.  The Qualifications and pay scale will be strictly as per the UGC regulations 2010as notified by the University Grants Commission New Delhi/Panjab UniversityChandigarh/Punjab Government.
3.  The Selections to the above posts will be subject to the final approval and releaseof Grants /financial assistance by the University Grants commission.
4.  The Performance of selected candidates will be reviewed every year during thecontract period and selection can be revoked any time due to non satisfactoryperformance.
5.  Applicants should submit Ten (10) sets of their applications on the prescribedPerforma available on the website of the college www.scdgovtcollege.org alongwith relevant documentary proofs supporting their educational qualifications/achievements/Academic Performance Indicator (API) Performa and demanddraft of Rs. 375/- (Rs. 150/- for SC/ST Candidate) (Non-Refundable) payable inthe name of Principal SCD Government College Ludhiana.
6.  The applications for the above posts must reach in the office of Principal, SCDGovernment College Ludhiana with in 21 days from the publication of thisadvertisement. The applicants should also send the Xeroxed copy of theirapplication to Dean College Development Council Panjab UniversityChandigarh before last date.
