Dear PCI Psych enthusiasts,
After over a year of hard work, PCI Psychology is finally officially open for submissions! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you to everyone who helped it get there. We wrote a brief editorial introducing PCI Psychology, which may be of interest to many of you:
https://osf.io/m456e_v2 In it, we also outline how the project came about, and link to
the Credits page on the PCI Psych website. This was a true community effort, and we would like to make sure everyone who contributed to it is listed on that page. If you contributed to PCI Psych but your name is not listed (and you would like it to be), please reach out by emailing
con...@psych.peercommunityin.org.
There are many ways to get involved:
- Submit your best work to PCI Psychology! (see the guide for authors for more info)
- Stay updated and/or indicate you'd like to review manuscripts for PCI Psych by making an account on the website (select Register on the right-side column).
- Sign up to become a recommender by filling out the interest form on this page.
If you are the editor of a journal, or would like to invite a journal to become PCI-friendly, please see here for a brief explanation of what that means, and here
for more information on how to make it happen. If you have any
questions about this process, please do not hesitate to email
con...@psych.peercommunityin.org.
Please join us in making publishing more efficient, equitable, and open by continuing to support PCI Psychology in any way that makes sense to you.
Once again, thank you,
--Julia Bottesini, on behalf of the PCI Psychology Team
