Dear ALL,
Please be informed that whenever you receive stocks and there is some issue with regards to damaged boxes, short received etc. It needs to be clearly mentioned on the POD so that we can validate the claims .Stores also need to inward the stocks ASAP and need to send a mail to Accounts , BDM’S and self the day stock was received and after the stock inward takes place. One needs to check that if you have received stocks as per the order placed. If broken sizes or excess stocks are received this needs to be informed to BDM verbally and then by mail to take further action.
Please ensure this is adhered to and there should be no lapses .
