INCENTIVE SCHEME FROM JANUARY 1ST 2015...

Dear All,

 

Please find bellow the revised incentive scheme this will be effects from January Month.

 

 

 

                                                           EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE SCHEME

 

We are glad to inform that our management had declared an attractive Employee incentive Scheme. The employee will be given monthly incentive as follows.

I.     Stores:

·        Upon reaching 80% target ………………… 0.6% on total sale.

·        Upon reaching 90% target…………………..0.7% on total sale

·        Upon reaching 100%................................0.8% on total sale

·        Upon reaching of 110%... ………………….. 1% on total sale

 

 

II.                If Staff achieve his Individual target then eligible for his monthly incentive,

 

For Example: Store not achieved Target even though staff achieves 100% then staff eligible to get his incentives…
