I would like to thank Jim for all his work on the Jersey. He did a
great job! Please send him your thanks along with your order
Therefore, I think the final decision is up to him, but my vote would
be that as long as you have done one ride with PCH Randos, and
finished the series you are qualified for the jersey. I would hate to
say to an experienced Rando who happens to be in the area from Alaska,
Japan, the UK or even France at the time that we are running a 200k
that they could not purchase the jersey since they haven't ridden a
longer ride here. (By the way I have ridden California brevets with
riders from all of these areas at one time or another.) In order to
get the jersey, they will have to ride a 600k somewhere - and I do
disagree with Jim as I think a 200k is significant.
Besides, if this jersey looks as good as I think it does in real life,
I might be able to trade it for one of those really cool Italian rando
jerseys at the next PBP, figuring that I can always get another one
when I get back home. :)
