Good news- Highway 33 is open again north of Ojai. The brevet on April 27 is looking promising. (Fingers crossed for the remainder of the rainy season)

All you Mountain Goats- come out and enjoy some of the prettiest climbing in Southern California.

Was just riding in Ojai on Sunday and wanted to see how far I could get on the 33.

There are “no bikes” signs along the road as you leave downtown. The first one way traffic light north of town looks like this. The green light lasts for a couple minutes and I didn’t feel like chancing it.
