Good news on the Upper SART

I rode my Lucky Greek permanent populaire last night after work and was thrilled to see that Riverside Parks and Recreation have finally paved the dirt section on the upper SART, It's now fully paved all the way from Norco to San Bernardino. I will now gleefully modify the route slips for my 200k Santa Ana perm and my 400k/600k brevet scheduled for April 6th.
