Pre-ride for January 1st 200k

Hi PCH Randos,

I'm going to be doing a pre-ride tomorrow (Sunday) for the New Year's Day Santa Barbara Easy 200k.  After all this rain, I want to check out the roads.  (And the weather looks much nicer for Sunday than for New Year's Day).

If any of you want to join me, you need to do three things by 9:00 tonight:

1) Let me know you would like to ride tomorrow.

2) Register for the ride

3) Complete the online waiver
