Hi PCH Randos,

The window to order PCH Randos team clothing from Voler is now open!  Here is the link for our custom order page:  https://www.voler.com/custom/ordering/li/49719

If you're new to the club, here's your chance to grab some of the spiffy team jerseys you've seen us wearing.  And if you're a long time PCH rider, you probably need to replace some items that you have worn out.  Jerseys, shorts, bibs, warmers, jackets, and vests are all available on our order page.  The prices are a little higher than last year, but we are still getting a great value because of the RUSA discount with Voler.

The ordering window is open until July 22, and the orders are expected to ship (directly to your home) by the end of August.

Hey all,

I emailed voler to ask about the pocket height. Here is the response I got. I'm hoping to eventually support PSH Rando by getting a kit, but I don't want another jersey with pockets that are too high. I'm wondering if they start hearing more complaints they will make one of their higher quality jerseys with lower pockets.

"The Pro jersey from the RUSA National Blue Kit does have a high pocket line. The Pelonton style jersey from your Randonneurs USA - Paris Brest Paris 2023 order is the same Peloton same style on the current

Pacific Coast Highway Randonneurs order so if you felt that has a high pocket it will be the same. The Classic style they are offering does have a lower pocket line, not a huge difference but is lower. The Classic is considered a base style jersey and the fabric while still lightweight and is fast drying doesn't have the same technical aspect for moisture wicking and breathability."

Hi Dennis,

I think the Comp HP chamois is very good.  I like the peloton shorts better than the black label shorts- The fabric bands at the bottom of the legs on the black label shorts tend to lose their elasticity.
