Company of Heroes Tournament plus 1v1 & 2v2 Ladders

Since I was on the site today, I thought I would post something quick
about our ongoing Company of Heroes 8 player, double elimination
tournament that is now in the works. So far, the only games that have
been played are between Juan and Travis with Travis eeking out a
narrow victory in the first game (VP ticker score was 26 to 0!), but
more are scheduled this week, and early next week so we should start
seeing results.

For any of you who have been contemplating picking up a copy of the
game, you can get it for dirt cheap on www.half.com (usually ~$6 to $8
with shipping). The group plays together every other Tuesday night
starting at 8 PM and playing 4-5 games through to about 12:30 AM for
some folks. Most play just one or two games depending on when they
log in. Join us. Its been fun.

To coincide with the Tournament and our weekly play, I've started to
keep an ELO calculated ladder for both 1v1 and 2v2 matches to help us
even things out when we're gathered in a group. Here are some early
