We wanted to alert you all to the fact that instead of the Tuesday evening Pittsburgh Committee to Free Mumia meeting held at the Shadow Lounge, we encourage you to go to the lecture on Pitt's campus tomorrow evening at 7pm entitled "Less Safe, Less Free: Why America is Losing the War on Terror"  presented by Pitt Law Professor Jules Lobel.

We hope to see you there!

In solidarity,
Pittsburgh Committee to Free Mumia

The ACLU-PA and the Center for Constitutional Rights present

University of Pittsburgh School of Law Professor Jules Lobel

"Less Safe, Less Free

Why America Is Losing the War on Terror"

Tuesday, February 26th,  7:00 p.m.

Pitt Law Bldg., Room # 111, Forbes Ave. & S. Bouquet

In their book "Less Safe, Less Free", Jules Lobel and David Cole repudiate the "preventive paradigm" of the Bush administration's counter-terrorism policy and expose how this policy has made America more vulnerable to terrorist attacks, while sacrificing our nation's fundamental principles of freedom.   Professor Lobel will discuss more effective, constitutionally sound alternatives to this policy and will take your questions.
