This January PCD YRUU is hosting a youth chaplain training! Aren't you excited? Yeah you are. You totally should be.
Trainings are much like conferences in that they’re safe places for youth to celebrate Unitarian Universalism, ourselves, and our diversity. However, this weekend’s activities will be focused on learning the skills required to be a chaplain at a PCD YRUU event. We will explore topics such as crisis management, mediation, and anti-oppression skills. We encourage everyone to attend, even if you’re not sure if you’d like to be a chaplain! A training is substantially more work than a conference, but we like to think they’re still fun!

How do you register? Fill out the NEW AND EXCITING online registration form. This DOES NOT replace normal forms (registration information, medical release, covenant) that you bring to the training, but replaces the email you send to the registrar. You cannot submit the form and be registered until it is entirely complete. Please bring a completed copy of the registration forms to the training, along with your registration fee. Since this is a training, the registration fee is $50. Contact the registratar or note on the online form for a scholarship. DO NOT let the cost be a reason you don't attend the training. If you need ANY scholarship help, please please let us know.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JANUARY 8th. There is no early registration discount as the registration deadline is so soon!
