PCDM Profile for Newspapers

As part of the IMLS-funded 'Newspapers in Samvera' project [1] from BPL and University of Utah, we've created the following PCDM Profile for Newspapers:

This model was greatly informed by earlier efforts from National Library of Wales [2] and University of Maryland [3], as well as discussions of the Samvera Newspapers Interest Group [4]. This is essentially an attempt to reconcile these efforts, flesh them out a bit further, and express the results as a formal PCDM Profile, using Mark Matienzo's PCDM Profile template [5].

Comments are welcome, either as responses to this thread, or directly on the Google Doc itself. One question that has come up already is whether there is a need for proxy-based ordering of articles within an issue. We'd love to get more feedback on this.
