Attached please find our comments for the IHE Patient Care Device Technical Framework Supplement for Pulse Oximetry Integration. Our primary concern is the need to incorporate the sub-use case and related issues for pulse oximetry to screen for congenital heart disease in newborns. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you over the phone to discuss these issues and how best to address them.
