Any Graduate / Diploma from across India who completed degree before 3 years (1st Nov 2022) from any recognized university across India & currently residing in any of one of the following 5 districts: Pune, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, or Solapur can become voter for Pune Graduate Constituency Election 2026:

Important Instructions:
- The deadline for submitting the online or offline Form 18 is 30th October 2025 .
- Only those who graduated before 1st November 2022 are eligible.

Documents Required:
1. Self-attested copy of degree certificate or diploma (or mark-sheet showing passing year).
2. Proof of identity and address: EPIC (existing voter ID), Aadhaar, passport, or driving license.
3. Passport-size photograph (preferably with a white background).
4. Signed Form 18 (either physical signature or e-signature as per the portal procedure).

Very Important:
- Fill in your name exactly as it appears on your degree certificate or Marksheet. Avoid using initials if your degree has your full name.
- Enter the exact university name and year of passing.

Make sure to prepare your documents and complete the registration process on time.
