Please find the step-by-step process below to register online for a Graduate’s Constituency (Form 18). 

It's a Very Simple 5-minute Online Process.  

Please go through the list of documents & instructions given below and keep the soft copies ready before starting the online application for the Graduate Constituency (Form 18):  

Documents required in soft copy:

1) Passport-size Photograph

Format: JPG

File Size: Less than 100 KB (Websites for reducing the Image size : https://jpeg-optimizer.com/compress-jpeg-to-100kb/ , https://www.simpleimageresizer.com/resize-image-to-100-kb )

2) Signature on white paper

Format: JPG

File Size: Less than 100 KB

3) Graduation Certificate

Format: PDF

File Size: Less than 200 KB

4) Address Proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport /  Driving Licence / Electricity Bill / Property Tax Bill / Rent Agreement (Registered) etc.)

Format: PDF

File Size: Less than 200 KB

Your Normal Election Voter ID (Epic Number is needed) : 

electoralsearch.eci.gov.in  

Kindly ensure all documents meet the above size to avoid any issues while uploading them during filling out the form.
