Dear Moses, AGM- Annual General Meeting, ni Mkutano mkuu unao wakutanisha Members wote wa PECAFA mara moja kwa Mwaka, ukiwa na Lengo la Wajumbe kupata Maendeleo ya Association, kupokea wajumbe wapya na kuweza kupitisha Mipango ya Mwaka unaofuata! Ni katika Mkutano huu pia Mabadiliko ya Katiba/Miongozo ya Jumuia inapopitishwa! Zaidi ya hapo ni wakati wa Wajumbe wote kutoka kona zote za Tz na nje ya Tz kukutana kufahamiana na kuwa na wakati mzuri wa kubadilishana mawazo. Kwa Ufupi hiyo ndio maana ya mkutano huu! Kwa mwaka huu 2014 imepangwa kufanyika Disemba 14 katika Mkoa wa Arusha! Barikiwa sana!!
