Although xtractr-4.5.40426-linux-x86 prints its help screen when
running under OpenBSD 5.0-current i386 under Linux emulation, it core-
dump when attempting to use browse or index commands.

Is there any binary blob of xtractr available for any of the BSDs,
notably for OpenBSD?

Thanks,
Rolf

In the meantime, I have also verified that tshark is in the path, and
runs fine through my .pcap file:
tshark -T pdml -r rs.pcap

Rolf,
We only support xtractr on various Linux distros (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc)
and currently don't support any of the BSD variants. Our guess with
the crash could be because of glibc compatibility.

If xtractr were made available in source form, that might increase the number of platforms on which it can be used.
