Need of PACP for Https over IPsec

I need "Https over IPsec" PCAP file. Could you please send me the PCAP
or Please guide me to get the PCAP.

I'm sure someone might be able to help you or you can search on pcapr,
but have a question though. What exactly is the use case? With HTTPS +
IPSec (doubly encrypted), the packets are going to be complete
gibberish. All you can get out of the pcap is probably a sense for
packet size distribution.
