using pcap.net to read bacnet packets

i am writing a .net application that will read an offline pcap dump containings mainly bacnet packets (decode as bvlc in witeshark) i stuere anyone that could point me into the right direction?
(bacnet is udp and broadcast based protocol)

If this is UDP over IPv4 over Ethernet, you can use

packet.Ethernet.IpV4.Udp
