Pcap.Net applications crash.

Hi.

I am trying to run an application that uses Pcap.net. In the EXE folder, the 4 DLLs is there.

And I also installed all the required installs as in

down in the

list.

But i still am getting the .NET Framework error box, Could not load file or assembly "Pcapdotnet.core,..." or one of its dependencies.

INFO:

My PC is a x64 Windows 10. 

From Windows 10's Programs and Features, I see that I have .NET Framework 3.5 (Includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) and .NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Service enables.
