How to Capture TCP packet and decode it to HTTP request and response packets ? or if someone knows how to capture HTTP traffic can also be helpful

My question is about how can we capture the http request and response packets not using wire shark or another tool i want to create my own tool using pcap wrapper file. Don't recommend if you're going to refer me anyother then pcap.
