PCAP asp .net 2.1 error

Hello everyone,

I have a program written in asp .net 2.1, I try to use PCAP net to read data from my ethernet card but it not work because the program stops in main and the messagge that come from is:

Could not load file or assembly 'PcapDotNet.Core, Version=0.10.0.20632, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=4b6f3e583145a652'.

How I can fix?
